Damaged or faulty items
We accept returns for items that arrive damaged or faulty. Email info@violetagoods.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll make it right.

Change of mind
Our pieces are handcrafted in small batches, so we don’t accept returns for change of mind.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
